We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team! This is a seasonal full-time position with the opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time role based on performance and business needs.
As the first people our guests interact with, you will play an important role in creating a positive first impression. Whether greeting walk-up visitors, welcoming tour groups, or assisting guests throughout their visit, you will provide exceptional customer service while ensuring guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience.
Qualifications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet all guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
- Answer guest questions regarding the facility and the island of St. Thomas.
- Assist with crowd control by directing guests to the appropriate areas.
- Manage guest lines during busy periods while engaging with guests.
- Welcome guests returning from the tram ride and assist with any questions or needs.
- Provide directions to guests' next destinations and assist with arranging taxi transportation when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work area.
- Work harmoniously with fellow team members to provide an outstanding guest experience.
- Perform ticket collecting responsibilities when assigned
Exchange cruise ship tickets for wristbands
Count wristbands at the beginning and end of each shift.
Count tickets at the end of the day and accurately enter totals into the point of sale (POS) system.
- Perform tour responsibilities when assigned
Welcome arriving tour groups in taxis
Deliver a brief orientation about the tour and facility
Count guests arriving in each vehicle and verify the amount on the form
Apply tour stickers to guest wristbands and direct guests to the tram boarding platform
Welcome returning tour groups and assist guests in locating the appropriate taxi.
Submit completed tour papers to the cashier
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and safety-conscious Tram Operator Trainee to join our team.
As a Tram Operator Trainee, you will learn the safe operation of our aerial tramway while assisting with daily operations at both the upper and lower stations. This position combines guest service, operational support, and safety responsibilities to ensure every guest enjoys a safe and memorable experience.Successful candidates will receive on-the-job training and must be committed to following all safety policies and operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.

- Must be comfortable working at heights.

This position performs a variety of landscaping, groundskeeping, and general maintenance tasks to ensure our facility remains safe, attractive, and welcoming for guests and employees.
Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
- Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, general maintenance, construction, or a related field.
- Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment, power tools, and hand tools.
