As the first people our guests interact with, you will play an important role in creating a positive first impression. Whether greeting walk-up visitors, welcoming tour groups, or assisting guests throughout their visit, you will provide exceptional customer service while ensuring guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience.
Qualifications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet all guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
- Answer guest questions regarding the facility and the island of St. Thomas.
- Assist with crowd control by directing guests to the appropriate areas.
- Manage guest lines during busy periods while engaging with guests.
- Welcome guests returning from the tram ride and assist with any questions or needs.
- Provide directions to guests' next destinations and assist with arranging taxi transportation when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work area.
- Work harmoniously with fellow team members to provide an outstanding guest experience.
- Perform ticket collecting responsibilities when assigned
- Exchange cruise ship tickets for wristbands
- Count wristbands at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Count tickets at the end of the day and accurately enter totals into the point of sale (POS) system.
- Perform tour responsibilities when assigned
- Welcome arriving tour groups in taxis
- Deliver a brief orientation about the tour and facility
- Count guests arriving in each vehicle and verify the amount on the form
- Apply tour stickers to guest wristbands and direct guests to the tram boarding platform
- Welcome returning tour groups and assist guests in locating the appropriate taxi.
- Submit completed tour papers to the cashier
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Full Time Position
We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and safety-conscious Tram Operator Trainee to join our team.
As a Tram Operator Trainee, you will learn the safe operation of our aerial tramway while assisting with daily operations at both the upper and lower stations. This position combines guest service, operational support, and safety responsibilities to ensure every guest enjoys a safe and memorable experience.Successful candidates will receive on-the-job training and must be committed to following all safety policies and operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must be comfortable working at heights.
- Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods.
- Must be capable of performing physically demanding work, including lifting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and handling a heavy workload.

The Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounts receivable and accounts payable, assisting with payroll administration, and supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the company. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, maintain confidentiality, and ensure all financial transactions are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

- Previous accounting, bookkeeping, or financial administration experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Experience with payroll processing and timekeeping systems
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial record keeping.

Full Time Position
The Landscape & Property Maintenance Associate is a hands-on, primarily outdoor position responsible for maintaining the overall appearance, cleanliness, and condition of the Paradise Point property, This role is important to ensuring Paradise Point is consistently clean, attractive, well-maintained, and guest-ready.
Responsibilities include landscaping, groundskeeping, painting, pressure washing, minor repairs, general property maintenance, and assisting with improvement projects throughout the property. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, notices when something needs attention, and takes initiative to address it.
Tramway Properties is looking for employees who want to learn, develop, and grow with Paradise Point. The Landscape & Property Maintenance Associate will have opportunities to develop additional skills in property maintenance, facilities landscaping, and other operational areas. Employees who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, initiative, and technical ability may have opportunities to take on assertional responsibilities as the operation continues to grow.
This is a primarily OUTDOOR and physically active position!

Qualifications
- Precious experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, property maintenance, construction, handyman work, or a similar hands-on role preferred
- Comfortable performing physical work outdoors for the majority of the workday
- Ability to work in the sun, heat, rain, and varying weather conditions
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb stairs, and safely lift and carry materials and equipment associated with the position
- Experience safely using landscaping and basic maintenance tools preferred
- Basic knowledge of painting, minor repairs, landscaping, and general property upkeep is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a high-quality property
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Good team player with a willingness to assist where needed
- Able to recognize problems and take appropriate action rather than waiting for direction

Landscaping & Grounds
- Maintain landscaping, gardens, plants, and other outdoor areas throughout the property
- Perform trimming, pruning, weeding, planting, watering, and general landscape upkeep
- Keep walkways, stairs, entrances, and outdoor guest areas clean and presentable
- Remove leaves, debris, and other materials from landscaped and public areas
- Monitor landscaping conditions and identify areas requiring improvement or replacement
- Assist with irrigation and watering systems as required
- Help maintain the overall visual presentation of the property

Property Maintenance
- Perform general property maintenance and minor repairs as assigned
- Assist with painting, pressure washing, cleaning, patching, and other property-improvement work
- Maintain outdoor furniture, railings, signs, fencing, and other property fixtures
- Identify damaged, worn, or deteriorating areas and report or address them as required
- Assist with basic carpentry, plumbing, and other general maintenance tasks within the employees skills and training
- Support larger maintenance and property-improvement projects as required
- Properly maintain, clean, and store tools, equipment, and supplies

Property & Guest Readiness
- Conduct regular walks of the property to identify areas requiring attention
- Help ensure guest-facing areas are clean and ready before opening and remain presentable throughout operating hours
- Respond promptly to maintenance or appearance issues identified during the day
- Coordinate with Operations and other departments when maintenance work may affect guest areas
- Assist with setup, movement of equipment, and other operational needs when required
Guest Experience & Teamwork
- Maintain professional and courteous attitude when working in guest areas
- Provide basic assistance or directions to guests when approached
- Perform maintenance work in a manner that minimizes disruption to guests
- Work cooperatively with Tram Operations, Guest Services, Food & Beverage, vendors, and other Paradise Point Teams
- Assist other departments with reasonable operational needs when required
